Yonaguni Monument Sea Bottom

Located approximately 125 kilometers to the east coast of Taiwan, the island of Yonaguni is an exotic beauty. More than that, the beach Yonaguni always been a magnet for divers because in addition to the renowned beauty of the sea and the population of hammerhead sharks, she also keeps the underwater wonders that may not be found elsewhere by the lovers of diving. Yes, under the sea coast have a giant rock formation that was so incredibly beautiful. Call public Yonaguni Monument.

But behind the beauty, Yonaguni monument was more mystery. Since discovered by accident by a Japanese diver, Kihaciro Aratake in 1987, up to now buried under a stone monument at a depth of 30 meters is so much of controversy. Many archaeologists and geologists mengganggapnya as rock formations that formed through natural processes, but not a few others menggapnya as fruit of human hands. But if I may be honest, it's hard to believe Yonaguni monument was formed through the natural process considering the perfection of the stone structure at each precision to form a masterpiece like this. Human creation that personally in my opinion.

If man-made right, and civilization which created it? Most likely, this building became a silent witness to the triumph of civilization of Lemuria the lost time. Mu civilization or better known as Lemuria, is one of the lost civilization that was so well known than Atlantis, Sodom, Gomorrah, Troy, and Tiahuanaco. According to archaeologist David H Childress, the history of civilization is only known by certain people only. Lemuria civilization may have existed since 78,000 years ago and is expected located in the Pacific Ocean. Just as Atlantis and Sodom, Gomorrah, many say civilization of Lemuria were destroyed by natural disasters about 26,000 years ago. But few others did not think he is one of the "victims" end of the ice age some 10,000 years ago or in the early Holocene time (late Pleistocene).

But because it's very lack of archaeological records to the civilization of Lemuria, so many that say it only as a legend, and a few contradictions of history that made many believe in building the underwater Yonaguni monolith formed through geological processes are actually difficult to explain.

Apart from the debate above, I saw this building has much in common in terms of architecture with several heritage sites in Latin America. Yonaguni Monument reminds me a glimpse of Machu Picchu, which is often referred to as the city lost in the history of the Inca empire in Peru. Is this a form of acculturation in the form of monolithic architecture of Latin America - Lemuria? And it seems so often we find the historical buildings around the world.
